We are back ~ LIKE A FISH IN WATER.

Reflecting on a year of relentless BUSYness – we are excited to embody our theme of LESS is MORE in 2024.

We’ve had a chance to rest, reflect, and emerge inspired and as we look back, we recognise that precious moments may have slipped away in the hustle of last year. So, in 2024, we’re flipping the script from the popular ‘2024 – The Year of More’ to our unique perspective of ‘Less is More in 2024. Believe!’

Believe, that it is possible to be present in a world often filled with noise and the relentless pursuit of more!  We believe that by embracing less, we open the door to more meaningful experiences, richer connections, and a greater sense of purpose. It’s about distilling life down to its essence and finding joy in simplicity.

It’s a call to reflection. We want more, but of the good stuff—less overload, more intentionality. And if, like us, you stumbled upon the hidden lessons of Ted Lasso on Netflix last year, you’ll understand that we were secretly crushing on the playful wisdom of Ted Lasso! Go find it, push through the first few episodes, and fall in love!

We’re aiming for a year where ‘less’ doesn’t mean sacrificing but gaining! Gaining moments, gaining clarity, gaining a more profound connection to what truly brings us joy.

Here’s to a year of purposeful living, where every experience is savoured, and every moment is treasured. May a little less lead to a whole lot more for us all!

SOME FUN LESSONS FROM TED
(and our Purpose Poster for the year!)

See the Good: Positivity is a superpower. Imagine the impact if all leaders brightened their teams’ daily lives!

Focus on Potential: Leadership is about nurturing human potential; the results take care of themselves.

Build Relationships with Empathy: Create a culture of trust and open communication by understanding and supporting your team.

Lead by Example: Be the embodiment of hard work and commitment, owning up to mistakes and sharing failures openly.

Adapt and Overcome: Embrace challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.

Authenticity is Magnetic: Be unapologetically yourself—quirks and all.

Humor Breaks Down Barriers: Laughter coexists with hard, serious work.

Treat Everyone Equally:
Encourage unity and togetherness by treating everyone with the same respect.

Patience is a Virtue: Small steps lead to lasting change; growth takes time.

Celebrate Wins: Reinforce positive behavior and create a culture of appreciation.

In summary, let’s take a page from Ted’s playbook. Lead with positivity, build meaningful relationships, and approach each day as an opportunity
to make a positive impact.

Our business isn’t just about corporate gifting; it’s about making a difference in our local economy, and supporting entrepreneurs, communities, and artisans. We believe in the power of intentional, positive leadership to transform not just our workplace but the world around us!

And as Ted says, “be a goldfish,”
